From Curatorial Vision to National Audience

Turn Your Exhibition into a National Tour

Great exhibitions deserve a wide audience. Through Exhibits USA, artists and curators can bring compelling ideas, collections, and scholarship to communities across the United States.

Exhibits USA collaborates with independent curators, artists, museums, and estates to transform strong exhibition concepts into professionally produced traveling exhibitions.

Selected projects receive support in

  • Exhibition design and development
  • Fabrication and preparation
  • Interpretation and educational materials
  • Crating and logistics
  • National touring coordination

We work closely with curators to ensure exhibitions are thoughtfully designed, well organized, and ready for seamless installation at multiple venues.

By partnering with Exhibits USA, your exhibition can reach audiences far beyond a single venue—sparking dialogue, discovery, and cultural connection in communities, large and small.

Exhibitions are developed both through direct collaborations with artists and estates and through proposals from institutions and freelance curators.

Please note: Artists should not submit proposals featuring only their own work without first contacting our team for discussion.

From Exhibition Concept to National Tour

Developing a successful traveling exhibition requires more than a strong idea. It requires thoughtful design, logistical planning, and the ability to present the work effectively in many different venues.

Exhibits USA works as a touring exhibition producer and partner, helping transform compelling exhibition concepts into exhibitions that can tour nationally.

Our team collaborates with project partners to strengthen both the curatorial vision and the practical structure of the exhibition, ensuring it is engaging for audiences and feasible for host venues.

Support may include:

  • Curatorial development
  • Interpretation and educational materials
  • Exhibition design and fabrication
  • Object preparation and condition reporting
  • Crating, shipping, and touring logistics
  • Coordination with venues across a national network

This collaborative approach helps ensure exhibitions are thoughtfully designed, easy for venues to host, and impactful for audiences.
