Exhibition Rental Fees

Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility while supporting the costs of developing, maintaining, and touring exhibitions nationwide. Rental fees vary based on exhibition size, complexity, and security requirements. For states outside of Mid-America Arts Alliance’s six-state region, the rental fee range is as follows:

• Low: $5,999 and lower
• Medium: $8,999 and lower
• Premium: $9,000 and higher

These tiers help venues quickly identify exhibitions that align with their budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

As a program of Mid-America Arts Alliance, Exhibits USA works to expand access to the arts for communities in our region. Discounted rental fees are available for venues located within our six-state region: Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas.

These subsidies are designed to:

• Support small and mid-sized organizations.
• Reduce financial barriers to hosting exhibitions.
• Increase access to high-quality arts experiences in underserved communities.
• Strengthen regional cultural infrastructure

When you book an Exhibits USA traveling exhibition, your rental fee goes beyond the objects on display. We don’t just curate and crate exhibitions; Exhibits USA provides a full-service, turnkey experience that includes:

• Curatorial development and exhibition design.
• Professional packing, shipping coordination, and logistics. Installation instructions and registrar support.
• Educational and public programming resources and guidance.
